Hike it to yourself, step back. Fake it to Orange going right, then give it to Purple coming back left.

Yellow
Ten steps up, then run deep toward the middle.
B
Blue
Ten steps up, then cut across to the left.
O
Orange
Run behind the QB to the right like you have the ball. Keep going!
P
Purple
Take two steps back toward the QB, take the ball, and run around the left side.

What to say

Orange sells the fake: arms in, run hard right.
Purple: wait for Orange to pass, then come back behind the QB.
Yellow and Blue: run your routes all the way. Take your defenders with you.

Watch for

Purple comes back too early and runs into Orange.

If it breaks down, say

Orange first, then Purple!

Walk it: Orange runs right, Purple comes back behind the QB. Jog it, then run it. The defense shouts where the ball is; if they say Orange, the fake worked.
